About
Mr. Rammell graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2007, with difference. In 2013, he earned an LL.M. diploma in Natural Resources from the University of Utah College of Law. During his LL.M. he was offered a scholarship from the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation and become a David C. Williams Memorial Graduate Fellow.
