About
Judson is a graduate of The University of Tennessee and The Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University. After completing his studies, Judson served as a Law Clerk to the Workers Compensation Appeal Board in which he wrote criminal opinions and cautioned the Commissioners at the Board. For seven years prior to forming Perry & Baumbach, Judson solely represented injured workers in workers repayment instances, as well as claimants in Social Security Disability/SSI matters. Judson is a member of the Pennsylvania, Dauphin County, and Cumberland County Bar Associations. Judson is presently the Chairperson of the Dauphin County Bar Association Workers Compensation Section; he previously served as the Chairperson in 2010. On three occasions, Judson had the respect of being named a Rising Star via the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers book; most lately, Judson has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for two years in a row.
