For over 25 years, my ardour has been helping companies navigate the waters of patents, logos, copyrights, exchange secrets and different types of Intellectual Property.
The firm I founded has been honored to steady in 500+ US Patents, loads of US Trademarks, and IP rights in over 60 Countries, on 6 Continents, for clients that variety from the person inventor to the Fortune 50.
It is also an honor to have a couple of clients area their agree with in our work for 2 decades, and to continue to represent my first company customer some of these years later.
I were lucky to have labored on some very massive products and technologies which are utilized by masses of tens of millions around the arena, to paintings aspect by means of facet with some of the most important litigation corporations in the country on complex intellectual property cases, and to meet and negotiate with overseas governments in Europe and the Middle East. But, some of the most rewarding work has come from counseling startups and mission stage agencies to develop neighborhood and worldwide techniques for protecting their IP.
In the past few years, I were a speaker each regionally and the world over at diverse Intellectual Property, Accelerator/Incubator and Venture Capital conferences. I feel a feel of obligation to share my experiences (the best, the terrible and the ugly) and excited to study from the experiences of others so that we all grow together.
