Josh Haevernick s exercise focuses on general industrial litigation matters. He has been involved in litigation in kingdom and federal courts on a number subjects which include design and construction defects, suretyship problems, expert negligence, and breach of touch.
Josh is skilled in all elements of litigation which includes drafting motions and pleadings, engaging in discovery, carrying out depositions, and preparing for trials.
While in regulation faculty, Josh served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Marc Gross of the Los Angeles Superior Court and because the Comments & Articles Editor of the UCLA Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs.
