Mr. Katz started out growing his securities regulation revel in earlier than graduating from regulation faculty. During the summers of 2002 and 2003 and the spring of 2004, he worked for the USA Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a Certified Legal Intern.
Mr. Katz became a member of the Florida Bar in 2004 and is admitted to practice in the nation courts of Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
