Joseph B. White is a founding member of Hyberg, White & Mann who has dedicated his complete criminal career of nearly 38 years to the managing of Workers’ Compensation cases. His knowledge in Workers’ Comp matters became identified two a long time in the past with Certification by means of the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Workers’ Compensation Law Lawyer, a distinction he has maintained seeing that certification become first presented in April 1998.
Born in 1954, Mr. White obtained his B.S. in Economics from Villanova University in 1976 and his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law, graduating cum laude in 1980. He become admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1980 and the New Jersey Bar and U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey in 1981.
Mr. White is a longstanding member of the Atlantic County Bar Association, New Jersey State and American Bar Associations, and The American Association for Justice, formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America-New Jersey. He proudly served as Co-Chairman of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the ATLA-NJ Boardwalk Seminar from 1995-2003.
Mr. White has been diagnosed with the Preeminent Rating of “AV” via Martindale-Hubbell, the arena’s leading reference supply for attorneys, representing the Highest Rating in each Legal Ability and Ethical Standards. Mr. White is similarly recognized for Excellence through Super Lawyers mag, a difference awarded to most effective five% of New Jersey’s lawyers, and by means of New Jersey Monthly as a Top Lawyer in New Jersey.
