I am Joseph Warren Fuson. I am a Husband, Father, Outdoorsman and Lawyer. I actually have two beautiful daughters and dogs. I spent a massive majority of my time representing people who have been charged with against the law, human beings who've been injured, purchasers who been defrauded, landlord and tenants, and top humans that need a terrific trial attorney to symbolize them of their divorce. My regulation partner Mark Freeman and I even have owned and operated Freeman & Fuson for over 10 years. Mark is a civil trial expert and heads up the civil litigation and appellate division of our law office.
I even have represented humans in criminal cases, divorce instances and personal harm instances across the State of Tennessee. However, most of my time is spend representing individuals and small agencies in Middle Tennessee - particularly Davidson, Williamson, and Rutherford Counties.
I stay committed to defending people charged with alcohol, drug and hashish associated offenses. I actually have great training in DUI and alcohol associated offenses. I am also one of the few committed cannabis lawyers in the State of Tennessee and spend a massive portion of my time in crook court docket defending humans charged with possessing, selling, transporting, or cultivation marijuana.
My associate or I handle most misdemeanor instances myself with handiest the help of my paralegal. When I am employed on more severe crook instances or litigation subjects, I rent a crew approach.
