Joseph D. Murphy is presently the president of Meyer Capel. Following law faculty and a -year clerkship with a federal district courtroom judge, Mr. Murphy began his practice with a Wall Street law office, gaining big experience in trademark licensing and highbrow assets litigation. Subsequently, he moved to a Washington, D.C.-based totally organization, where his exercise concentrated in franchise litigation and counseling. Since returning to Champaign-Urbana in 1994 to enroll in Meyer Capel, he has centered his practice on a combination of highbrow belongings (which includes franchise licensing) and telecommunications.
