Joseph McHugh is the of the Southern California based LA LAW CENTER, PC, an Elder Law and Estate Planning regulation office focusing on Asset Protection; Estate Planning; Wills, Trusts, Probate, which include the status quo of Private Foundations and Charitable Planning. Joe has an undergraduate degree from California State University at Fullerton in Business Administration, with an emphasis on Finance and Accounting. Joe is an active member of the State Bar of California, as well as the Bar s Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Section, the National Association of Elder Law Lawyers, California Advocates for Nursing Home Reform and the Los Angeles County Bar, the Beverly Hills Bar, The Irish American Bar, the Glendale Bar. A common seminar speaker, Joe is living in Southern California together with his wife, Kathy and his children Shannon and Trevor. He retired as a Civilian Volunteer with the Los Angeles County Sheriff s Mounted Posse and rides his Palomino Quarter Horse, Cali.
