Joseph A. Cervantez is a Graduate of Southern Illinois University School of Law. Joseph had the privilege of starting his career as an Assistant State’s Lawyer with the Williamson County State’s Lawyer’s Office wherein he received treasured courtroom room experience prosecuting offenses ranging from visitors violations to class X felonies. He continued his work with the Saline County State’s Lawyer’s Office as an Assistant State’s Lawyer handling the busy Juvenile Docket.
Since Joseph went into private exercise he’s dealt with plenty of instances during the 1st and 2nd judicial Circuit of Illinois. Joseph handles a variety of cases along with Divorce, Custody, and Personal Injury however specializes in DUI, Aggravated DUI and Criminal Defense.
Joseph became born and raised within the Chicago land Area. After high school Joseph enlisted within the United States Marine Corps and served as a Marine Infantry Leader, deploying in 2003, 2004, 2007, 2008 to Iraq. He then labored as a NATO Weapons Advisor and Trainer, visiting and operating at some stage in Afghanistan. Joseph subsequently graduated regulation college and began his law career right here in Marion Illinois.
