About
Jonathan J. Smith joined the Law Offices of Morrison & Hughes after numerous years of running as an insurance defense attorney. Using the know-how he obtained in defending employers and insurance companies, Jonathan has dedicated his practice for the remaining numerous years to supporting injured and aggrieved people in convalescing all benefits to which they may be entitled under Georgia Law.
Jonathan attended Dickinson College, in which he obtained his undergraduate degree in History in 2000. Later, he became offered his J.D. from Georgia State University, where he changed into Vice President of the Moot Court Board, and received an award for Best Overall Competitor within the 2008 Moot Court Competition further to different awards and certifications. In addition, Jonathan was also a member of several pupil organizations at Georgia State School of Law, participated within the Georgia State Low Income Taxpayer’s Clinic and labored to come to be a certified mediator.
In his spare time, Jonathan has served as a supplemental Board has club for the Georgia Lawyer’s for the Homeless. When now not working, Jonathan enjoys golfing, playing tennis, and cheering for the Atlanta Falcons, Braves, United, Hawks or quite a good deal every Georgia based sports activities team. Jonathan and his spouse, stay in Brookhaven with their kids and a small menagerie of pets.
