Jonathan was raised in Burlington, NC and attended UNC-Chapel Hill. He graduated from The University of Dayton School of Law in 2003 and worked for Taft, Taft and Haigler in Greenville and for Brock & Scott in Raleigh. In 2004 Jonathan opened his practice in Cary, specializing in Real Estate Law, Estate Planning and Personal Injury.
Known for his “Dad Jokes” (You were warned), Jonathan s warm personality makes his customer feel at ease as they navigate the transaction.
Jonathan is particularly adept at flippantly navigating problems that could arise at some point of a actual property transaction and enjoys making himself available to Real Estate Agents with legal questions.
Jonathan is married to Ana Ferreira Richardson and has five children, Rees, Zak, Jackson, Amelie and Colin. They currently live in Apex entire with their 3 puppies.
Jonathan is an avid songwriter and has had some of his songs recorded by means of numerous unique artists. He is a common tourist to Nashville wherein he works with writers and artists. He additionally enjoys rooting for the Carolina Panthers.
