Jonathan L. Howell actively represents customers in Texas and at some stage in the USA in all aspects of litigation and loads of transactional matters, together with business and asset acquisitions, preparation and renegotiation of lending and credit agreements, agreement disputes, actual property and production disputes, creditors’ rights, out-of-court exercises, debt restructurings, business reorganizations, asset protection, and financial ruin-related litigation subjects. Mr. Howell has received multiple awards and reputation from his friends for his work in litigation and business reorganizations and restructurings.
Mr. Howell has represented a large spectrum of clients, ranging from nearby marketers to Fortune 500 corporations. Mr. Howell s customers include commercial enterprise owners, administrators, officers, equity investors, traditional and non-traditional lenders, loan servicers, private equity corporations, hedge finances, circle of relatives offices, institutional investors, REITs, manufacturers, stores, actual property developers, actual property investors, hospitality agencies and hoteliers, oil and gasoline organizations, trade creditors, landlords, reputable and ad-hoc creditors committees, trustees, and judgment creditors.
Mr. Howell obtained his B.A. in Economics from SMU in 2001 and his J.D. in 2007 from SMU s Dedman School of Law, in which he become an articles editor for the International Law Review and Dean’s List student. From 2008 to 2009, Mr. Howell served as a federal judicial regulation clerk for the Honorable D. Michael Lynn in the Northern District of Texas. While attending law faculty, Jonathan externed for the Honorable Stacey G. C. Jernigan within the Northern District of Texas.
