Mr. Jonathan K. Allen, Esquire, received his bachelor s degree in Legal Studies from University of California, Berkeley. He minored in philosophy. Having obtained a super scholarship, he continued his education and earned a Juris Doctorate diploma from Thomas M. Cooley School of Law. While in regulation college, he served as Vice President of the law school chapter of Amnesty International and have become a member of Phi Alpa Delta Law Fraternity. He additionally participated in mock trial and moot courtroom competitions. After completing regulation college, Mr. Allen won admission to practice regulation in New York, New Jersey and Florida. He is also admitted to the US District Court of New Jersey and the Middle District Court of Florida. Mr. Allen is versed in commercial enterprise and employment regulation, which include subjects associated with change and trade, contracts, and global transactions. While studying in Spain, he advanced a comprehensive and specified knowledge of global regulation, structure and capabilities of numerous European enterprise entities, and their interaction with the USA and the newly emerging European Common Market. He has drafted many criminal files, starting from partnership and working agreements to shareholder contracts and bylaws.
