I have specialized in commercial civil litigation for over 25 years. I am a member of the Bar of the State of New Jersey and of the State of New York, in addition to being admitted inside the United States District Court for the State of New Jersey, and Southern and Eastern Districts of the State of New York. I even have handled topics at both the trial and appellate levels in these courts.
I even have represented customers for numerous disputes, which include collection of amounts due, breach of contracts, commercial landlord/tenant disputes, enterprise torts, Consumer Fraud claims, secured transactions, commercial enterprise torts, the wrongful processing of tests and consumer money owed, and breach of franchise agreements, fraud, and other claims arising from enterprise activities.
I am a R.1:forty qualified mediator blanketed at the roster of court-authorized mediators.
I emphasize production regulation in my exercise. I even have represented suppliers and subcontractors in severa claims towards contractors, owners, public entities, and surety corporations on severa claims springing up from creation disputes. I even have represented claimants on Federal initiatives for Miller Act claims. I have has defended prevailing salary claims for public tasks in New York and New Jersey. I have appeared for claimants and respondents in creation arbitrations conducted via the American Arbitration Association. He has represented claimants on residential and industrial projects made beneath the New Jersey Construction Lien Laws.
