Mr. Paone, a Certified Matrimonial Law Lawyer, is a founder and senior companion of the organization. Locally, he is a member of the Monmouth, Middlesex and New Jersey bar institutions. He is a Past President of the Middlesex County Bar Association and the Past President of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers New Jersey Chapter. He serves by way of appointment of the New Jersey Supreme Court as a member of the Supreme Court Special Committee on Lawyer Ethics and Admissions. He is a past Chair of the Supreme Court Board on Lawyer Certification and a past member of the Supreme Court Board on Continuing Legal Education.
Mr. Paone changed into the 2018-2019 Co-Chair of the Monmouth Bar Association Family Law Committee. Nationally, Mr. Paone is a member of the American Bar Association, Family Law segment.
