John P. Graf (J.P.) changed into born in Lafayette, Louisiana and raised in Crowley, Louisiana. He graduated from Notre Dame High School of Acadia Parish in 2009 and then attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, in which he graduated Cum Laude in 2013 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a awareness in Pre-Law. J.P. went directly to earn his Juris Doctor and Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center.
While at LSU Law, J.P. clerked for the Honorable Judge Patrick Hanna, United States Magistrate Judge for the Western District of Louisiana and interned on the United States Lawyer’s Office for the Eastern District of Louisiana. J.P. turned into a member of the Journal of Energy Law and Resources, wherein his article “Take 2: The Fifth Circuit’s interpretation of the Migratory Bird Treaty Act in United States v. CITGO” is posted. In addition, J.P. turned into president of the LSU Law Running Club.
