John P. Graf (J.P.) changed into born in Lafayette, Louisiana and raised in Crowley, Louisiana. J.P. turned into a member of the Journal of Energy Law and Resources, wherein his article “Take 2: The Fifth Circuit’s interpretation of the Migratory Bird Treaty Act in United States v.
