I am the Publisher and Editor in Chief of Advertising Compliance Service, a essential advertising and marketing regulation reference service considering 1981 for lawyers and advertisers. I have written almost 3,500 articles on such marketing law-related areas as marketing substantiation, advertising self-law, new media, political advertising, the Federal Trade Commission, the Food and Drug Administration, and lots of others.
I became the General Editor of West Publishing Company s four-quantity New Jersey Practice Skills and Methods series Volumes 19, 20, 21 and 21A (Third Edition). I was also the General Editor for New Jersey Practice: Municipal Court Practice, Vol. 17 (1997).
I am the writer of published textbooks: "Advertising Compliance Law: Handbook for Marketing Professionals and Their Counsel" and "Readings in White-Collar Crime", and the Coursebook: "White-Collar Crime Coursebook 89".
