John Lara handles a huge-variety of legal subjects which include civil litigation, real estate, property management, and bankruptcy.
As a civil litigator John zealously advocates for our clients. He engages in complicated litigation such as, contract disputes, forcible access and detainer movements, foreclosures defense, collection topics, forty two U.S.C. § 1983 fits, administrative hearings and numerous tort proceedings.
John facilities commercial and home actual estate transactions even as aggressively negotiating favorable phrases and situations for our clients.
John is an essential a part of Fornaro Law and embodies the firm’s “by no means give up” attitude. John graduated from Benedictine University and then earned his Juris Doctor from the John Marshall Law School.
