Mr. Haan chairs Rogers, Sheffield and Campbell, LLP’s Wine Law Group and practices inside the regions of commercial enterprise law, real property law, and wine regulation. He advises his wine enterprise clients on grape buy agreements, custom crush arrangements, alternating proprietorships, distribution agreements, regulatory compliance, and tied house issues.
Mr. Haan also advises his clients on commercial enterprise entity choice and formation, sales and acquisitions of companies, highbrow assets issues, internet related transactions, agreement negotiations, troubles related to non-income businesses, residential and business real estate transactions, not unusual interest trends, and land use. In addition to his transactional practice, Mr. Haan is skilled in all components of civil litigation and represents customers in commercial enterprise, real estate, and winery/winery related disputes. Mr. Haan’s balance between his transactional and litigation exercise affords him with precise perception into his customers’ problems.
Mr. Haan is a native of Santa Barbara County. He obtained each his undergraduate diploma and law degree from Pepperdine University. While in law school, Mr. Haan turned into a fellow of the Geoffrey H. Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship and the Law. Over the past ten years, Mr. Haan has been identified for his accomplishments as an lawyer. The Pacific Coast Business Times named him to the “40 Under forty” class in 2009 and to the Who in Professional Services list in 2015. Mr. Haan has written posted articles on subjects related to the wine industry, spoken at wine related occasions, and is a member of the Santa Barbara County Vintners’ Association.
