John is Board Certified via the Florida Bar in Immigration and Nationality Law and has been practicing law for over a decade. He focuses his practice on immigration and crook defense. John has huge experience as both an immigration attorney and a crook attorney.
John is presently the Chapter Chair for the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Central Florida Chapter, and is the Vice Chair of the Florida Bar Immigration and Nationality Law Certification Committee.
John is a member of the Florida Bar and the Federal Bars for the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
John served as a Senior Lawyer with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). As an ICE Lawyer, John treated all forms of removal/deportation lawsuits along with those involving annoyed felonies, drug trafficking, country wide security and human rights problems, and more.
John also dealt with cases regarding all varieties of deportation/elimination relief consisting of asylum, withholding of removal, cancellation of removal for lawful everlasting residents and for folks that are not lawful permanent residents, adjustment of popularity, 212(c) comfort, and many others.
As an ICE lawyer, John obtained Top Secret Clearance and assisted federal and nearby law enforcement officers assigned to the Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF).
During his six year tenure with ICE, John was promoted to Senior Lawyer. In that position, he skilled other government legal professionals from ICE, Customs and Border Protection (CBP), United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and kingdom prosecutors.
