John Gigounas received a J.D. from the University of Utah and an L.L.M. in taxation from New York University. He is certified as a taxation specialist through the California Board of Specialization. He has treated hundreds of tax instances earlier than the USA Tax Court and other courts. Mr. Gigounas is a former IRS Senior Trial Lawyer and has lectured and written articles on tax and property making plans matters.
Mr. Gigounas was formerly a law clerk to the Utah Supreme Court. He is a member of the California and Utah State bars. He is a former teacher in Tax Procedure at Golden Gate University s School of Taxation. Mr. Gigounas emphasizes tax litigation, similarly to property and present tax planning.
