I joined the Law Offices of Russo & Prince in January of 2006. Throughout his time at Russo & Prince, I have focused my exercise entirely on own family regulation, including own family law litigation. I received my undergraduate diploma on the University of Notre Dame, and my Juris Doctorate at the University of San Francisco, School of Law.
I am happy to mention that I practice exclusively inside the location of own family law. My exercise consists of dissolution of marriage (divorce), annulment, and prison separation, in addition to spousal support (alimony), toddler custody, visitation, baby aid, division of assets and money owed of all sorts (together with valuation and allocation of property), marital settlement, publish-marital and prenuptial agreements, paternity problems, grandparent rights, step-determine adoption subjects, amendment of present orders and post-judgment modifications, move-away requests, standard circle of relatives regulation tax topics, and initiation and protection of each domestic violence and civil harassment restraining orders.
Working in Solano County, I am additionally skilled with military divorces. Certain family regulation problems are complicated whilst one, or both, spouses or parents are in the army.
