Mr. Childers joined Freeman Mills PC with more than two decades of experience in the oil and fuel enterprise. He started out his profession as an independent discipline landman performing all aspects of onshore land services for domestic exploration and manufacturing agencies. From 2006 to 2015 he held the subsequent positions with unbiased domestic upstream working businesses: Land Manager, Land Manager and General Counsel, Vice President - Land, Executive Vice-President - Exploration and Production, Chief Operating Officer and President.
During his tenure in the strength commercial enterprise, Mr. Childers has been charged with main the management of exploration and production operations, the acquisition and divestiture of diverse onshore property, as well as the legal, regulatory, and exploration efforts for in-situ uranium mining in South Texas.
Mr. Childers’ practice is predominately focused on oil and fuel transactional subjects, widespread corporate law, and business formation.
