A lifelong native of Florida, Joel was born and raised in Tallahassee, FL, had been he received both his Bachelor of Science and Juris Doctor from Florida State University. Upon graduating from regulation school, Joel moved to Pensacola, FL to serve as a prosecutor within the State Lawyer’s Office of the First Judicial Circuit of Florida. As a prosecutor, he received immediately and helpful trial experience in which he dealt with 15 jury trials to verdict as first chair, in addition to sitting first or second chair in dozens of different jury and bench trials. From there, Joel transitioned to a small civil protection litigation exercise in Pensacola where he honed his civil trial abilties with board licensed civil trial lawyers.
In 2016, Joel and his spouse, Jenny, relocated to the Tampa Bay location to be toward family as they started their own. He joined every other small coverage protection exercise, in which he represented business entities, insurance companies and their insureds in harm, car, and construction defect claims.
