About
Joel I. Rachmiel graduated from Newark College of Engineering (now a part of N.J.I.T.) in 1967 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Rachmiel then worked as a mechanical engineer for several years before getting into Seton Hall Law School where he earned his regulation diploma in 1973.
Mr. Rachmiel served as an Assistant Union County Prosecutor from 1973 to 1979, at some stage in which period he prosecuted 75 jury trials. He opened his own regulation workplace in 1979, in which he now limits his practice to plaintiff s non-public injury litigation, criminal defense, and municipal court matters, inclusive of DWI/DUI.
Mr. Rachmiel became a Certified Criminal Trial Lawyer when it became first supplied in 1982 and later have become a Certified Civil Trial Lawyer in 1987.
