I have practiced construction law, and matters regarding production for over 30 years. I have been concerned in complicated claims, mediations, trials and arbitrations related to Data Centers, Tunnels, Bridges, Condominiums, Hospitals, Airports, Highways, Power plant life, Wind turbines, Water Treatment facilities, Hotels, Casinos, Stadiums,Refineries, Ethanol flora, Office buildings and Dams. I even have represented General Contractors, Subcontractors, Suppliers, Owners, Architects, Engineers and Sureties. I have reviewed contracts and been concerned in negotiating offers in excess of $1 billion. The size of claims I have been involved with have ranged from $one hundred,000 to over $50,000,000. I work with an experienced crew and am able to efficiently manipulate the massive volumes of ESI produced on the large scale creation tasks today.
