Mr. Rosen has advised numerous corporations with reference to general corporate and business transactions, together with formation, mergers & acquisitions, licensing, income, and financing projects. Mr. Rosen’s company client base spans a wide spectrum of industries, consisting of biotechnology, franchise, weight-loss, meals and eating place, purchaser merchandise, media and enjoyment, software and era, and nonprofit groups.
Mr. Rosen presently serves at the Board of Directors of numerous nonprofit corporations, inclusive of The Hepatitis B Foundation, The Pennsylvania Biotechnology Center, The Baruch S. Blumberg Institute and the 1st viscount montgomery of alamein Bar Foundation.
