Nashvillian Joseph Kwon graduated from the University of Tennessee with his B.A. degree in Classical Civilizations. Staying actual to his alma mater, Joseph attended the University of Tennessee College of Law, graduating with a awareness in Advocacy and Dispute Resolution. At UT Law, he became president of the Asian Law Students Association. Joseph was admitted to practice in Tennessee in 2018, and specializes in circle of relatives, probate, and financial disaster law in the Greater Nashville region.
Coming from a circle of relatives of difficult-working Korean immigrants, Joseph is passionate about supporting clients from all walks of existence to attain and protect their American dream. Seeing the struggles his parents faced, Joseph regularly assisted them through important topics and found his ardour for entrepreneurship and advocacy at an early age. Not trying his dad and mom to misunderstand or be misunderstood, Joseph fast advanced a penchant for active listening and concise verbal exchange.
Joseph’s uniqueness includes criminal advocacy for families and people, specifically minority network contributors. Joseph is an approachable and engaging pass-to criminal suggest for the underdogs in Middle Tennessee. Joseph is fluent in Korean (Hangul).
When away from law practice, Joseph enjoys spending time with his husky (Koga), exploring the growing culinary scene in Middle Tennessee, and growing orchids and other houseplants.
