Ms. Zimmerman is on the Board of Directors of Life’s WORC, a non-public, 501(c) (three) organisation that supports humans with developmental disabilities and autism. Life’s WORC offers complete offerings and support to over 1,500 human beings with developmental disabilities and autism and households in Queens, Nassau and Suffolk counties. Their residential locations offer supportive homes to over 250 human beings all through the cited communities along with East Harlem.
Ms. Zimmerman keeps her community efforts as Team Captain, for the past 9 years, for “Making Strides Against Breast Cancer,” a charity walk.
