Joann Brown Williams has been litigating for well over a decade. Joann’s “bread-and-butter” is commercial enterprise litigation, along with breach of agreement, company governance, alternate mystery, non-compete and non-solicit covenants, employment related disputes inside the regions of discrimination, harassment and retaliation.
