Jill is a frontrunner in Axilon’s civil litigation exercise. She develops cases from early accident scene investigations through motions exercise, trials, and appeals, and is often asked to serve as an independent investigator by means of entities going through ability claims. She serves a broad variety of customers together with, trucking agencies, producers, stores, municipalities, ranches, pharmacies and people.
Prior to turning into a legal professional, Jill was Montana’s Deputy Commissioner of Insurance and Securities in which she oversaw Montana law of those industries, controlled a country employer, and lobbied the legislature. In law college Jill turned into a member of the trial team and a UM regulation medical institution clerk for U.S. Magistrate Judge Leif Erickson.
Outside of labor, Jill may be located strolling, backpacking and shuttling her daughters round to all types of activities. She also is still worried in her circle of relatives’s farm animals ranch in Grass Range, Montana.
