In 1995 I moved from Texas to Washington to attend regulation school at Seattle University School of Law, graduating in 1998 Cum Laude. During my years of law faculty, I fell in love with Washington and its notable scenery, range and those. While going to school in Texas, I worked as a bankruptcy paralegal for an attorney in Fort Worth, TX. Then I labored for a Seattle Chapter 7 Trustee even as I become in law faculty. In November 1998, I commenced practising regulation, in most cases that specialize in bankruptcy law. My experience working directly with clients as a paralegal and then with a Chapter 7 Trustee offers a useful delivered attitude of the financial ruin manner. Since 2008, my exercise has been committed to consumer bankruptcy instances, serving clients within the Lewis, Thurston, Mason, Grays Harbor and Pierce Counties. Cases from these counties are all filed and heard on the US Bankruptcy Court in Tacoma, WA.

Retaines and Rates
A submitting rate should be paid to the Court for every case filed; $335 for a Chapter 7 and $310 for a Chapter thirteen. Lawyer prices are mentioned at the preliminary consultation.
