Jeremiah “JJ” Talbott is the founding associate of the Law Office of JJ Talbott, P.A. and concentrates his practice in the areas of private harm, people’ repayment, unpaid wages and overtime, wrongful termination, Social Security Disability, Family and Medical Leave Act, Divorce/Family law, probate, and fashionable civil litigation. JJ was born in Dayton, Ohio in 1972 and moved to Pensacola, Florida in 1974. He graduated from J.M. Tate High School in 1990 and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of West Florida in 1994. In 1997, he received his Juris Doctorate from Samford University, Cumberland School of Law. While in regulation school, he became a member of the Trial Advocacy Board, member of the ABA National Trial Team, and nominated Best Advocate in the ABA National Trial Competition. JJ is a member of each the Florida Bar (for the reason that 1998) and Alabama Bar (on account that 1997). JJ has additionally served on numerous bar affiliation committees together with the Executive Counsel of the Escambia Santa Rosa Bar Association (2007-2008), the Unlicensed Practice of Law Committee of the Florida Bar (chairman District A) (2004-2006), and the Community Service Committee of the Escambia Santa Rosa Bar Association (Co-Chairman 2001-2007).
