About
Jennifer Dean has worked for decades in Estate Planning, Trust Administration, and Probate. She specifically has a passion for ensuring wishes for quit-of-lifestyles selections are reputable and enforceable with the precise directive.
Jennifer grew up in Oklahoma and then moved to California in 2010, after earning her Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee, in which she graduated Magna Cum Laude. While operating with a family law lawyer in Santa Barbara, California, Jennifer started out attending the paralegal application at U.C. Santa Barbara, and fell in love with the estate planning discipline, and earned her Paralegal Certificate in 2012.
In the years following, Jennifer worked at estate making plans firms in the San Diego location at the same time as attending California Western School of Law. In regulation school, Jennifer served as the President of the Estate Planning Society, and worked with the Legal Aid Society of San Diego in its conservatorship clinics and superior directive and strength of attorney workshops. Jennifer earned her Juris Doctorate in 2016.
After regulation faculty, Jennifer persisted working to help households at a San Diego regulation office, helping clients with their property making plans, and families managing the administration in their estates. She joined the Shoup Legal Team in June 2017.
Jennifer enjoys having conversations with customers that permit them to be snug with the estate planning system and addresses each in their concerns. Jennifer also offers compassionate provider to help families through the probate system and all through the trust management after the passing of a loved one.
Jennifer lives in beautiful Murrieta, California along with her husband and son.
