Jennifer DiVeterano Gayle joined Mannion Prior, LLP in September 2007 and became named a associate in January 2016. Jenn’s practice specializes in litigation involving trusts, estates, guardianships, and powers of lawyer, along with all forms of property and accept as true with disputes, will contests, surcharge and elimination movements, interpretation problems, and different fiduciary topics earlier than the Orphans’ Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas and the Register of Wills.
Jenn has served as an author and panelist on diverse Pennsylvania Bar Institute seminars and Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education lectures and has written about the authority granted to plenary guardians of the person. She earned her B.A. in History from Ursinus College in 2004, graduating magna cum laude with Distinguished Honors. Jenn is admitted to exercise in each Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
