Jeff commenced his felony career as a public defender in 2002. In his first legal trial, he earned an acquittal for his purchaser. In 2005, He started representing the Commonwealth of Kentucky as an Assistant Lawyer General. For the next ten years, Jeff changed into a special prosecutor and he attempted instances all through Kentucky. During that time, he became additionally appointed as a Special Assistant United States Lawyer to help with federal cyber-crimes prosecutions. As an appellate lawyer, Jeff has briefed instances for the Kentucky Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals, argued before the Court of Appeals, and handled habeas petitions in both U.S. Districts of Kentucky. Jeff is presently a unique attorney with the Kentucky Office of the Lawyer General, Office of Special Prosecutions.
