I am an Associate at Richards Patent Law wherein my number one areas of exercise are Patent Prosecution and IP Strategy. I am admitted to practice in Illinois as well as a registered Patent Lawyer with america Patent and Trademark Office. Prior to joining RPL, I earned my J.D. from DePaul University while also clerking at the Global IP Law Group, a patent litigation company in which I labored on numerous patent monetization tasks. Additionally, for the duration of my time at DePaul, I was named a National Semi-Finalist at the National IP LawMeet, awarded each the Benjamin Hooks Distinguished Public Service Award and President’s Award for Service, and inducted into the Honor Society for International Scholars. Prior to law college, I labored in diverse database design and administration roles within the Pharmaceutical and Medical industries after incomes my B.S. in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. During my time in Urbana- Champaign I also labored in a Microbiology lab analyzing Microdiversity and for Wolfram Research, helping release and screen Wolframstay up for operating with you on obtaining and protective your IP rights. › ›
