My practice is devoted to civil defense litigation, including defending federal black lung claims, employees reimbursement litigation, protecting mass toxic torts, mining matters, and private damage defense at both trial and appellate stages. I am admitted to exercise in all kingdom and federal courts in Alabama as well as the Eleventh Circuit of Appeals and the US Supreme Court.
