A lifelong resident of the Syracuse location, Jean Marie Westlake graduated from LeMoyne College, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science diploma in Industrial Labor Relations in 1994. She acquired her Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law in 2001. While in regulation school, Ms. Westlake was a member of the Tournament of Champions and National Trial Teams, wherein she received large training in trial techniques. Prior to joining DeFrancisco and Falgiatano Law Office, she became a litigation companion for a nearby law workplace and is nicely versed in coverage enterprise practices.
Ms. Westlake is presently Vice President, fifth Judicial District for the New York State Bar Association and Vice President of the Onondaga County Bar Foundation. She is also Past President of the Onondaga County Bar Association.
