Jay has represented and cautioned buyers of public companies in shareholder by-product actions and complex magnificence movement litigation for over a decade. He helped secure millions of greenbacks in economic healing and company governance reforms. He investigated and litigated claims related to such troubles as accounting fraud, government compensation, board entrenchment, board elections, company takeovers, inadequate inner controls, and violations of the False Claim Act, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, anti-cash laundering legal guidelines, and vehicular and aeronautical protection regulations.
Since 2017, Jay has focused his criminal practice on assisting marketers efficiently shape and operate their businesses, representing clients in agreement or commercial enterprise disputes, along with litigating and settling complex multi-kingdom litigation and movie ownership rights. He advises customers in nonprofit, meals, fitness, and enjoyment industries as to such topics as business formation, governance, contract negotiations, highbrow assets, and regulatory compliance.
When now not lawyering, Jay manages his media manufacturing enterprise. Currently he and his spouse are co-generating a documentary collection on restoring intellectual fitness titled “Unbroken Minds” (www.unbrokenminds.com). For this challenge, Jay and Wendy traveled throughout the us of a filming over a hundred and fifty private tales and professional interviews.
Jay earned a law diploma in 2008 from Pepperdine University School of Law, a B.S. in Business Accounting in 2005 from La Sierra University.
