Jason Waddell is a Board Certified Elder Law Lawyer. He is a graduate of The University of Georgia & Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. While at Cumberland, Jason focused his studies on Estate Planning and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Following commencement Jason moved to Pensacola with his fiancée Amy Kicklighter. Jason is extraordinarily obsessed with his chosen field of practice. While no longer a element in his selection to increase an Elder Law practice over a decade ago, his households’ struggles with illnesses which include Alzheimer’s over the last few years have intensified his choice to stay on pinnacle of his exercise. Jason collaborates with several non-income businesses along the Gulf Coast helping his customers, which includes, Covenant Alzheimer’s Services, Council on Aging, and Area Agency on Aging. Jason has emerged as a frontrunner inside the area of Elder Law.
