Mr. Seidman commenced his profession on the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office. During his time as an Assistant Prosecutor, Mr. Seidman served in a lot of roles, consisting of: overseeing investigations conducted through county detectives and police officers; appearing as a criminal adviser to the Middlesex County Gangs, Guns, and Drugs Task Force; collaborating in the Special Prosecutions Unit tasked with investigating white collar crime; arguing topics earlier than the Appellate Division; dealing with forfeiture and expungement topics; and handling masses of criminal instances from preliminary grand jury indictments thru plea bargains, trials and sentencing for offenses which includes Murder, Drug Distribution, Aggravated Assault, Racketeering (RICO), Eluding, and plenty of others.
