Jason is a companion in our Fort Lauderdale office. Jason commenced his career on the Law Offices of Sandler and Sandler in 2000 as a regulation clerk and remained with the practice that in the end have become Sandler Sandler and Steinman, until joining Assouline & Berlowe in 2018. Jason is licensed to exercise regulation in the State of Florida and is admitted to practice before the USA Supreme Court, United States Tax Court, United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
Jason’s exercise includes illustration of high internet well worth individuals and multi-million dollar corporations and consists of property making plans, estate and accept as true with management and litigation, guardianships, civil litigation and coping with industrial enterprise transactions.
Jason is a member of the American Bar Association, Broward County Bar Association and beyond member of the North Dade-South Broward Estate Planning Council. Jason is currently at the Board of Directors of the David Posnack Jewish Community Center in addition to the Board of Directors of Bookleggers Library, which is a nonprofit, cellular network library in Miami-Dade County; is an annual member of the Steering Committee and Past Co-Chairman of the Planning Committee for the Annual Joint Tax and Estate Planning Seminar; beyond member of Steering Committee for “Men’s Nite Out” for Jewish Federation of Broward County; Past Vice Chair of Jewish Federation of Broward County Professional Advisory Committee (PAC); Past Steering Committee has club Memorial Foundation & Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital Foundation Professional Advisory Council Annual Spring Luncheon; Past member of the Lighthouse of Broward Professional Advisory Committee. Jason has also been lively with the Jewish Federation of Broward County, Cooper City Optimist, Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Broward County and the Educational Advisory Board to the Mayor of Cooper City, Florida.
