Janna Quarless joined Robert J. Semrad & Associates in 2007 and is an companion in the Chicago office. She is a member of the financial ruin branch and presently heads the Chapter 7 Department in which she represents clients in quite a few Chapter 7 subjects which includes acting earlier than judges inside the State and Federal stages, negotiating settlements with the Office of the USA Trustee, creditors, and Chapter 7 Interim Trustees.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Quarless graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2007. While attending regulation faculty, she worked with the Michigan House of Representatives and interned with the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association working with lobbyists on style of topics. Ms. Quarless received a Bachelor of Art in History from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2003.
