Jane A. Bassett has been practising for over two decades and is the most important of Bassett Law in Ann Arbor. Her practice focuses on probate, elder and incapacity regulation, LGBT law, and adoptions, together with property making plans, unique wishes trusts, Social Security benefits, Medicaid, probate management, susceptible person abuse and exploitation, and adoption. Ms. Bassett sits on council for the Elder Law and Disability Rights Section of the Michigan State Bar Association and is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Lawyers. Bassett Law is a organization of five lawyers, a full-time care manager, two masters degree social workers and a full body of workers of paralegals with schooling in Medicaid, Veterans’ benefits and fiduciary offerings. The office offers specific wrap-round legal and fiduciary services to aid people living with disabilities and their households.
