In practice for over sixteen years, Jana Davis Lamanna is skilled in the regions of divorce, family law, probate regulation, mother or father/conservatorship regulation, property making plans, medical malpractice defense, and assisted reproductive generation regulation.

Jana Lamanna is a member of the American Bar Association (Family Law Section) Assisted Reproductive Technologies Committee, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (Legal Professional Group); RESOLVE, Tennessee Bar Association, and Memphis Bar Association, where she formerly served at the Board of Directors and as Chair of the Litigation Section. She is also a contemporary member of the Leo Bearman Chapter of the American Inns of Court, Wealth Counsel, Association of Women Lawyers, and is a fellow of the Memphis Bar Foundation. She become also selected as a “Rising Star” in Family Law within the Mid-South through “Super Lawyers” and become named as Top forty underneath forty, by the Memphis Business Journal in 2008, in addition to being a Memphis Leadership Academy Fellows Graduate. Ms. Lamanna has served at the Board for the Memphis Bar Association and the Junior League of Memphis. She has served on the Board for Playhouse at the Square, Dress For Success, and Family Services of the MidSouth.

Jana s current presentations include the Intersection Between Surrogacy Contract and Adoption Law for the 2020 Tennessee Trial Lawyers Domestic Law Forum, in addition to presenting on “Baby Steps in Surrogacy Law,” on the 2019 Memphis Bar Association Bench Bar Convention. She has also offered on different probate and family regulation topics.

A local of New Madrid, Missouri, Ms. Lamanna received a B.A. in English in 1997 from the University of Mississippi, a M.B.A. from Christian Brothers University in 1999, and her Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law in 2004, while completing 12 months of regulation school as a travelling scholar at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
