Jim Wright practices inside the areas of real estate, land use and zoning, eminent area, and production regulation. He earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2005, and he received a B.A. degree, cum laude, from Brigham Young University in 2002.
Prior to becoming a member of Parr Brown, Mr. Wright practiced with the Office of the Property Rights Ombudsman. He has giant experience in mediating eminent area and unconstitutional takings claims. Mr. Wright is likewise properly versed in advising non-public property proprietors and governments on relevant belongings rights laws.
