Jim has practiced regulation in view that 1972 in Minnesota and 1986 in Wisconsin. In addition to his law exercise, he is a certified actual property broking (considering the fact that 1976). He has served as President (twice) of the South St. Paul Rotary Club and Board of Directors of the St. Paul Heritage and Festival Association.
Presently, Jim advises several privately-held agencies on topics of preliminary incorporation and company governance. In addition, he counsels customers concerning actual property subjects, condemnation complaints, property making plans options such as trusts and wills, and related problems which includes elder law, fitness care directives, powers of attorney, clinical help and probate/property administration.
Jim has been a member of the Minnesota Association for Justice (Trial Lawyers Association) since 1983 and has represented severa non-public damage clients in the course of his 38 years of criminal practice. He is also at the Minnesota Supreme Court Neutral Roster as an Arbitrator and Mediator and is actively involved in this capacity.
