James T. Haadsma has practiced with the McCroskey Law considering August, 1987. He makes a speciality of representing injured people in workers’ disability repayment disputes earlier than the Michigan Workers’ Compensation Agency, and in representing injured people earlier than the Social Security Administration’s Office of Disability Adjudication and Review. Mr. Haadsma also every so often represents a partially disabled worker in controversies with employers under the Americans with Disabilities Act/Michigan Persons with Disabilities Civil Rights Act. He represents clients from Washtenaw to Berrien Counties, however predominantly in Calhoun County.
Before joining the McCroskey corporation in August, 1987, Mr. Haadsma practiced with the Muskegon workplace of Legal Aid of Western Michigan, among May, 1984, and August, 1987.
